A Pioneer in Teletherapy
I’m Alison Grady Waldmann, M.S. CCC-SLP, and I founded Seagull Student Services under the premise that high-quality speech therapy can be successfully delivered via telepractice.

As a 25-year veteran SLP with experience in schools, hospitals, home care, skilled nursing and private practice, I have focused on the teletherapy service delivery model since 2012. Since then, witnessing the immense progress my students have made has laid the foundation for Seagull's growth and reinforced my commitment to this approach. I began as a pioneer in the industry and I have seen how much telepractice has grown, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, more than ever, teletherapy is a valued and valid service-delivery option. This is not only consistently supported by research, but through my personal experiences as a virtual SLP.
Through my years of experience, I have seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to delivering high-quality therapy. My formula for success is based on this knowledge and is the framework through which my team of highly skilled clinicians deliver therapy.

Casey Gabriel

I’m Casey Gabriel, M.S., CCC-SLP and I am Clinical Director for Seagull Student Services. As a veteran SLP in the area of virtual service delivery and management, I strive to provide exceptional support to our clinicians as well as the school districts we partner with.
My experience as an SLP has been primarily in the public and private school settings, both on-site and virtually. Due to my experience, I have an intimate understanding of the importance for consistent and reliable communication and relationship building between clinicians and their districts.
My leadership style is characterized by a collaborative approach, fostering a culture of teamwork, open communication, and the passion to continually improve what we can provide to our districts and their students. With a proven track record of supporting clinician engagement to meet the needs of the district, working with districts to determine their need, and effective, high quality recruitment of clinicians, we can positively impact the future of students' lives for years to come.

President
As an executive with a specialization in market growth, go-to-market strategies, and corporate strategy, I bring over 25 years of experience in technology sales, marketing, and business development. Currently, as the President of Seagull Student Services, I oversee marketing, and business operations. Recognizing the significant shortage of therapists in schools, I am dedicated to addressing this critical need to ensure students receive the services they require. My expertise in go-to-market initiatives, product-led growth, team building, P&L management, business operations, and scalability equips me to effectively convey our mission to schools and expand our services. By doing so, we aim to create more opportunities for both schools and therapists, ultimately improving educational outcomes and fostering professional development.
